Alyssa Martinez has been great. i got one of these for a gift and it didn't have a sealed lid. after a few emails back and forth it was super awesome to experience some positive customer support. i honestly have been very thrilled from this process. Alyssa was easy to communicate with and very supportive. the conversations were kind and friendly and i felt heard and supported. as an educator we don't qualify for the military or first responders discount which is a shame, cause as teachers we always get the short end of the stick. we help kids all day long, but aren't considered first responders. i get it. but it's nice to have something go our way for once. and this was my experience. i would totally recommend fiftyfifty because it's just a really well run company where the customer service is valued. thanks to everyone and especially to Alyssa Martinez for being awesome.
