Refund Policy

Orders ship out no later than 2 business days after we receive the order. Delivery can be expected up to 7-10 business days after shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from FiftyFiftyBottles.com, you can return your order to FiftyFifty for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them.

If you have purchased a FiftyFifty from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Clearly reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team. You can write it on the outside of the box next to the shipping label.
We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

Your products are great!
I’d love to see the Wide-mouth flip lid have a handle to make it easier to carry the bottles. Especially where I have the 34 ounce bottles if I’m trying to carry my two year old around and to have the lid with a handle would be great. The Paracord handle is nice to have but it slides around a lot.

I had to stop using the straw top lid due to having a tooth removed and the paracord handle does not work with the screw top lid. It was fine with the straw top lid.

Paracord Handle

I needed something other than the lid top to carry my large insulated jug! This works perfectly. That rubber band is definitely snug and that cord isn't going anywhere!!!

This handle is exactly what I needed for my 16 oz insulated mug. the mug itself is very wide around and sometimes proves unwieldly. the handle makes it easier to hold onto and easily removes for cleaning. Matches my mug wonderfully. I use it with the cord lock up towards the top of the mug so it fits in the car cup holder and I like it that way.

The handles are a nice addition to my sports bottle. I like it that the colors match the bottles that I have.
The only downside to the handle is the little clamp that holds the elastic cord tight. The spring on that, should be a little better to hold the larger bottles. It works fine on the smaller 18 oz. bottle, but not as well on the 40 oz. bottle.
